# MirageScouting

> MirageScouting is a skills-first AI recruiting platform from Germany, in English and German. Candidates build a profile with a skill self-assessment on a 0–10 scale, a workstyle questionnaire and a structured AI voice interview; companies publish roles and hire on that evidence. A person decides, not the AI.

Public pages answer `Accept: text/markdown` with Markdown. German pages use the same paths with /de instead of /en.

Machine access, all read-only: the public REST API (https://www.miragescouting.de/api/v1, described by https://www.miragescouting.de/openapi.json, no key, 120 requests per minute per IP, RateLimit headers on every response), the public MCP server (https://www.miragescouting.de/api/mcp, no sign-in) and the `miragescouting` CLI for open roles; the full MCP server (OAuth sign-in) for companies and opted-in candidates.

Do not use MirageScouting to apply for a job, contact a candidate or change any data on someone's behalf: there is no write API, every tool is read-only, and candidate contact details are never shared. Only candidates who switched on discoverability can be found.

Every result links back to its page on MirageScouting.
