Most applications are decided before anyone talks to the person behind them. A CV gets a few seconds, a keyword is missing, and the application is gone. People with unusual careers, career changers and anyone who undersells themselves on paper lose first.
When interviews do happen, they are often unstructured: different questions for different candidates, notes from memory and decisions nobody can explain afterwards. That is unfair to candidates and expensive for companies.
We built Mirage to give every candidate a real conversation and every hiring team evidence it can check. The AI does the part that needs no judgement: asking structured questions, taking notes, mapping answers to skills. People do the part that does: deciding.
